This policy describes how STOKE ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Information we collect

• Contact form: if you submit our contact form, we receive the details you provide — name, work email, company, industry, team size, and your message.
• Scheduling: if you book a call through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the information you enter (name, email, meeting preferences) under its own privacy policy.
• Email and phone: if you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, provide the services you request, and follow up about them. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds scheduling from Calendly. The demo page loads charting libraries and public map data from CDNs. These providers may receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser requests their resources.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices
